PRODUCT DESCRITION:

DMD is used for transformers

Dry Transformer Raw Material Electrical Insulation Fiberglass Mesh Grid Cloth Roll

1. Mixing ratio: JT2051A/JT2051B=4/1(pbw)

2. Applicable time: 25-40mintus at 25℃( mixture: 100g)

3. Curing condition: 8-12h@25℃ or 6h@60℃, full curing takes 3days at Room temperature.

4. Process:

Mixing two components in a certain proportion and keep it for 10minutes, brush them to the iron core after the viscosity is increasing.

5. Properties:

Hardness(Shore D) 70-80
Bending strength (MPa) 30-50
Impact strength (kJ/m2) 20-40
Dielectric strength (kV/mm) 10-15

6. Packing:

7. Storage

The product should be sealed in the original packaging container, stored in a dry and ventilated place to save. The shelf life is 6 months under 18~40℃ condition . If exceeds the shelf life time, it needs to be tested again to confirm whether it can be used or not.
